The Highway Patrol canceled the amber alert about an hour ago after the 2yearold girl was found safe. So far we know officers say the little girl was kidnapped just after 3 00 this afternoon in San Francisco. The Highway Patrol issued an amber alert for the girl around 8 30 tonight.
