let's say 54 or 55. dover right now at 55 by tomorrow afternoon. real nice stuff is on the way. we'll be more than double what we see now down there. 26 wilmington and allentown and poconos both showing 20. trenton 23 and wildwood 25. wind chill values are not colder than actual air temperatures. low to mid 20s. reason for that there's not much wind out there. general wind speeds are calm. anywhere from 3 to 5 an hour. that's how the whole afternoon plays out. lots of clouds today. comfortable breeze out of south southwest maybe 5 to 10. that's about it by 8:00, temperatures steadily on the incline as we get to the afternoon. 1:00 42, by then 45. high in the city 46. by tomorrow city will be in the low 50s. again areas south little milder than that. i'll have the details in the 7-day outer lanes at the boulevard at third street. two men in their 20s were injured and taken top temple university hospital with non-life-threatening injuries. outer lanes are closed right now at third street while police conduct their investigation. >> health officials in montgomery koumentsy are investigating a report of a suspected case of measles, tests are being done right now to confirm the diagnosis in 15-year-old boy. the news has parents in montgomery county on high alert. we get into the second half of the weekend. again winds shifting out of the southwest. so easily up into the mid 40s today. then as we get to sunday arctic front collapses a little bit. still on the mild side of things. but by monday that whole thing swings through and winds shift out of the northwest. colder temperatures move in. mild sunday afternoon, close to 50 by 1:00 in philadelphia, dover is look at that a pair of 5s millville 51, wildwood 54, these numbers quickly drop off monday morning. freezing mark in philadelphia, 34 reading allentown 42. that's cold enough to switch rain by monday morning to light wintry mix by monday afternoon. maybe even light snow for lehigh valley and poconos. again i stress the word light. it doesn't look like too big of a deal. you can expect monday here that light mix or maybe light snow north and west as of right now minor issues for city south and east. it's light rain. temperatures continue to fall through 40s throughout the day. for
