Synergy Vision becomes an employee-owned company
Majority shareholding will be held collectively in an employee ownership trust

Medical communications agency Synergy Vision has announced that it is now an employee-owned company, with employees majority shareholding to now be held collectively in an employee ownership trust.
In a statement, Synergy Vision said the move will further empower its team to deliver long-term growth in an environment that ‘boosts staff engagement, innovation and motivation and safeguards the intrinsic values of the company’.
In 2019, Synergy Vision also completed a trial of its four-day working week initiative, making it a permanent change.

Synergy Vision (SV), the medical communications company, has become the latest organisation to be owned by its workers. The majority shareholding is now held in trust for employees.
The company’s 60 employees, based in offices in Dublin, London and Sydney, hold 87.5 per cent of the company shares in an employee-owned trust. They are expected to benefit by sharing in the profits of the company through their interest in the trust.
New executive appointments at Synergy Vision
Eileen Gallagher and Karine Henderson take on new leadership roles
Synergy Vision has appointed Eileen Gallagher to the role of chief operating officer.
Gallagher has worked at Synergy Vision since its inception, having been part of the founding team.
During her time at Synergy, Gallagher (pictured left) has worked as both a director and managing director.
Prior to this, she worked at GlaxoSmithKline for a period of 11 years in a number of roles.
Also joining the executive team at Synergy Vision is Karine Henderson, who will take on the role of managing director.
Before taking on the managing director position, Henderson (pictured right) worked as director of medical strategy at Synergy, having joined just over one year ago.
