Romsey Festival is returning for 2021 ROMSEY residents can still look forward to the town s festival this year. The 2021 Romsey Festival will open with a flag raising ceremony at the Abbey on Friday July 2, with a full programme of events running from the Saturday. Normally held every three years, this is the twelfth to be organised by an all-volunteer team of local residents. Due to UK Government extension of Covid regulations there needed to be some changes to our extensive programme. Concerts and free exhibitions in Romsey Abbey are not affected as access is organised on basis of current regulations, using half the buildings capacity to ensure appropriate distancing between different households attending concerts. ....
