SOUTH PASADENA, Fla. – Fernand “JoJo” Bournival Jr., 72, formerly of Waterbury, died on Friday, April 30, 2021 in Florida after a long illness.
JoJo was born in Waterbury Sept. 14, 1948, son of the late Fernand J. Bournival Sr. and Nancy (DiBernado) Bournival. He attended local schools and was a Vietnam veteran, having served in the U.S. Air Force.
JoJo was self-employed in the trading card business and also worked over the years as a house painter. He was very active in both the VFW in Florida and the VFW Oakville Post 7330 on Davis Street.
JoJo also participated in events at St. Anthony Parish and the community center of Prospect. He was an avid duckpin bowler and a supporter of the Watertown High School girls soccer program. ....
