The alltime record for a single storm in the continental united states. One suburb received 51 inches of rain. There is some good news after a lot of bad news. Harvey has set alltime rainfall records at 51 inches of rain from any single storm, this has never happened before in the continental united states. A few tropical clouds continue to be pushing off toward the sierra and the onshore breeze has been pretty good. 50s and 60s, a a few low temperatures, but we will see that tropical moisture moving off.
