Chief Justice of India (CJI) S.A. Bobde proposed agricultural economist Ashok Gulati, Bhupinder Singh Mann of the Bhartiya Kisan Union, Anil Ghanwat of Shetkeri Sangthana and Pramod Kumar Joshi as members of the committee.
