In san jose after a suspect is shot by Police Officers were learning the man was rushed to the hospital with life threatening injuries. Nbc bay area Marianne Favro live at the still very active scene in East San Jose and marianne. What else are Police Telling you . Well, there are about a half a dozen investigators still out here tonight. Police say that no officers were hurt and that this all started when they got a call that a man was firing a gun in the neighborhood. And neighbors here on karma drive tell us they heard several shots fired around four this afternoon. San jose police say they were called to the area. Officers responded to the 2700 block of kohlmeyer avenue for a report of a person actively discharging a firearm. When officers arrived on scene, the suspect was still actively discharging a firearm, prompting an officer involved shooting. Police say the man shot suffered life threatening injuries and was taken to the hospital, and no one else was hurt. Investigators are

He says he was with the other escapee in san jose yesterday but officials are not saying how he got back to Southern California. Greg lee with sister station in los angeles explains the moment wong turned himself in. Authority say he one of 3 inmates that escaped from maximum security jail a week ago turned himself in to civilian. Lee said it was his sister who knows wong.
