One Dead in Rural Clarksville Traffic Accident One person has died in a traffic accident late Wednesday night (April 21), near Clarksville, in Butler County. The Iowa State Patrol was called to the accident scene, just before 10:30pm. It happened at the intersection of Highway 3 and Ridge Avenue, south of Clarksville. A minivan was headed north on Ridge Avenue, and failed to stop for a stop sign at the intersection.
