Our department has been involved in with many others building city academy which is helping many young people of color get into the Building Trades and weve been working with trustee Chris Jackson and folks in the neighborhood. Im replicating that model with culinary Hospitality Training program that will bring young folks into the neighborhood into the culinary and hospitality industry.
