ESCANABA Full-time faculty members of the Michigan Education Association (MEA) at Bay College are proud to announce the 2020-2021 recipients of the Faculty Association Scholarship. The Faculty Scholarship was established within the Bay College Foundation to recognize the academic achievement and unmet financial need of Bay College students. Two $500 scholarships are awarded annually. Kali Kinnunen and Hayley Weston were selected by the Faculty Association as the recipients for this year’s awards. Kinnunen is pursuing a practical nursing certificate, with future plans of earning a registered nursing degree. Weston will graduate from Bay College with an Associate of Science in Pre-Veterinarian Medicine this summer and plans to transfer to Northern Michigan University.
