On Thursday night, joint police operatives arrested two persons during a buy-bust in Barangay Mansilingan. A police report identified the suspects as Richard Hofilena, 36, of Purok Bulak, Barangay Mandalagan; and Kerlyn De Asis, 25, of Lopez Jaena Street, Barangay 27.
