Dorcia Whitebrake is Everytable s first Social Equity Franchisee. Provided April 27, 2021 Everytable, which has a mission to make fresh food accessible and affordable for all, is opening the first of three Long Beach storefronts Monday in California s Aero Long Beach, a 50-acre business park near the area s airport. The Los Angeles-based chain has also signed leases at 421 W. Broadway and 1001 E. Pacific Coast Highway. The grab-and-go storefront will feature nutritious and affordable meals including bowls, salads, wraps, snacks and beverages including cold-pressed juices, with prices starting at $5, according to a company press release. This storefront will also offer Everytable s full-service coffee program featuring Crenshaw Coffee in partnership with Los Angeles-based Hot & Cool Cafe. Guests may also order from the chain s subscription program and either pick up their meals at the Aero Long Beach location or have their meals delivered to their home each week. ....

It was also one of the first brands to base its menu prices on the neighborhoods in which it serves. Our variable pricing model is based on the average income of a specific neighborhood, CEO CEO Sam Polk said in an interview with FastCasual. Many communities we serve are food deserts with little or no access to nutritious food. By pricing our meals according to the neighborhood, our guests don t have to travel outside of their neighborhood to avoid cheap and unhealthy fast food. ....
