On Sept. 16 between 5 and 6 p.m., Penn State will hold its annual POW/MIA Vigil. The public and those who have served or have family members who are serving are welcome to attend this event.
Penn State will honor faculty and staff members who serve or have served in the U.S. armed forces during the 11th annual Military Appreciation Week this November. As part of the Seats for Servicemembers program, fans are now able to purchase tickets in advance to be donated to military members and their families to attend the military appreciation football game in Beaver Stadium on Nov. 12.
