We had temperatures today that werent that warm, humidities relatively high, but a couple days ago, we had the 105, 106 degree temperatures, so the brush is dry, fuels are very dry. Lets take a look at what we have out there for conditions of the fire, at the time of the fire. Highs were in the 70s. Thats not bad. Look at the humidity, 40 . Thats relatively high, and the winds were not gusting as they were yesterday. So despite a lack of prime fire conditions, this thing got going. We had a couple fires yesterday, too.
