Eta Compute Inc., a Westlake Village, Calif.-based leader in energy-efficient endpoint AI solutions for intelligent sensing anywhere, closed its $12.5m Series C funding, bringing total funds raised to $31.9m. The round was led by Synaptics Incorporated with participation from existing investors. In conjunction with the funding, Satish Ganesan, Chief Strategy Officer at Synaptics, will join the Eta Compute Board of Directors. The company intends to use the funds to expand its available market, grow design wins and accelerate the introduction of new modules and software.
