the freeway right now. two freeway crashes but no major issues as far as speed sensors show. we ll go up to the peninsula. it s northbound 208 in redwood city where we have a crash. sounds like lanes are clear the last five minutes. i ve seen those developing out of daly city. morning commute kicking in there. starting to kick in a bit for san jose. this crash is over on the shoulder again north of 280 interchange. 880 moves at speed and the rest of silicon valley. just a tiny blip. the east shore freeway coming off the berkeley curve looking here. nice easy drive. no slowing for the maze. the metering lights are on. now to a developing story out of san francisco. a deadly day on the roads for two cyclists killed in separate hit-and-run crashes hours apart. the driver involved is still on the run this morning, but investigators have a big clue they hope will lead to his or her arrest. stephanie chuang is live in san francisco with the latest on both investigations. th
