The FBI and the Yankton Police Department are offering a reward for information on the death of a 19-year-old woman 30 years ago. Tammy Haas of Yankton was found dead in a ravine along a Nebraska highway in 1992 a few days after she went missing after attending a party in Crofton, Nebraska. She would have turned 48 on Tuesday. The FBI is offering a $15,000 reward for information in the case.
