You found out 30 minutes or so ago what caused this problem. Supervisor of Elections Office says there was a computer glitch with the system. So basically the number of Party Ballots printed was switched with the number of nonpartisan ballots, which means they didnt print enough democrat or republican ballots. Approximately a dozen polling locations throughout Orange County were affected but it only applied to cities that were holding local elections, but it left voters very frustrated they were turned away from the polls.
