Beyond the music the instrument has played, it also comes with a remarkable story. It’s a painstakingly tedious process with hours of careful disassembly, refining and refurbishing. “The emotional value this has for the family is priceless and incalculable,” Philatuner Piano Works owner Tom Rudnitsky said. But for Rudnitsky, who restores and tunes pianos at his bok workshop in South Philadelphia, restoring this baby grand has taken on a special meaning, and that’s because of the history behind this nearly century-old piano. ....

Re: Saranac Lake Marina I’ll begin by saying I am not a native Saranac Laker, though my wife was born and raised in town. For the past 45 years we were frequent visitors and now, happily, part-time residents. During our time in Saranac Lake we participate in local events, support town initiatives, shop, dine, fish, camp, bring visitors to the area and keep our boat at the marina on the lower lake. The marina has been at its two locations for decades, and it was completely deteriorated.
