STATEN ISLAND, N.Y. A justice on Monday ordered a psychiatric exam to determine the trial fitness of Eric Belucci, the Annadale man whose murder conviction in the 2010 deaths of his parents was overturned late last year.
The test will determine whether Bellucci, 40, understands the charges against him and can aid in his defense.
State Supreme Court Justice Alexander Jeong ordered the exam during a remote conference which Bellucci attended.
