Raeford man charged with harboring a fugitive RAEFORD A Raeford man was arrested and charged with harboring a fugitive who was wanted by the Hoke County Sheriff’s Office, according to a news release. Enrico P. Leggett, 41, of the 1500 block of Pope Street in Raeford, was arrested Friday. Deputies say Leggett harbored Cortevin Jaquan Shaw, 29, back in December, according to a release. Deputies were attempting to serve arrest warrants on Shaw back in December when he jumped from a vehicle and ran. He fired several shots towards the deputy before running away, according to statements. Shaw was arrested Dec. 23 on charges of attempted first-degree murder, assault on a law enforcement officer and resist, delay and obstruct, according to a statement. ....
