Srinagar: Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP) secured its first victory in Srinagar as counting of votes continued for 280 District Development Council (DDC) seats in Jammu and Kashmir on Tuesday. BJP candidate Engineer Aijaz Hussain won from the Khonmoh-II constituency in Balhama area of Srinagar.

Jammu, Dec 22 : The counting of votes for the District Development Council (DDC) elections in Jammu and Kashmir on Tuesday has given a clear lead to the People s Alliance For Gupkar Declaration (PAGD).
