Going to happen here and its a terrible thing. Im not under im not trying to diminish the importance, but the worst Case Scenario would be after all these hearings are over and the c. U. Is approved but a variance is denied, that the permit holder sometime, probably in the beginning of 2021, because thats how long its going to take, is going to have to cutoff 5 feet of the house and go back to go back to what the original program was. The Planning Commission would have the ability to make other modifications to the project. They could reduce the height of it, they could reduce the extension.
