Good evening. The Prime Minister has said the government hopes, with a favourable wind, to be able to vaccinate the vast majority of the people who need protection by easter. But he warned were not out of the woods yet. On christmas, borisjohnson again promised a relaxation of restrictions, saying it was the season to be jolly but also the season to be jolly careful, especially elderly relatives. The lockdown in england ends next wednesday, to be replaced by three regional tiers of restrictions. We have to wait until thursday to find out which area goes into which tier.
