This morning some of the shelters are at Maximum Capacity as floodwaters continue to rise. Pretty emotional images, Evacuation Centers and the floodwaters just continue to rise as water has nowhere to go. That building was supposed to be safe. Water rushing as families slept. A woman actually says she saw a snake in the water. The people have been moved now for a second time. This time its outside of lake charles. Texas not out of the clear yet.
