One person is dead and two others are hurt this morning from a shooting on a Tennessee College campus. It happened at Tennessee State university in nashville, where Police Say Two men may have been gambling. They say the person who died was not a student. Authorities have not said if they found the shooter. Just over a week ago, three people were hurt in a shooting across the street from the same college. Dubuque wants to make the city safer. So far this year, police say theyve taken nearly 30 reports of gunfire. So a Nonprofit Organization looked for help from someone across the pond. The group invited an officer who works in the scottish Violence Reduction unit to talk about making the city safer.
