Two students from the Clinton School of Public Service were selected for the 2021 study program. Rodrigo E. Santos Legaspi, is a graduate of the University of Texas at El Paso and Master of Public Service Candidate at the University of Arkansas Clinton School of Public Service, and was a Latino Outreach Intern at Hillary Clinton’s presidential campaign headquarters in Brooklyn.
