Com, you will notice a few things different in this debate because of the pandemic candidates, panelist and myself are in separate locations, as you can see here. No live audience, instead, they are joining us virtually yet doom thanks to the Northern Virginia chamber of commerce. What hasnt changed, this will have an opportunity to find out where the candidates stand on issues important to virginia voters. Lets begin by quickly covering the rules for todays event. The debate will last one hour and begin with one and a half minute Opening Statements from each candidate. Our panel is and i will post questions directly to the candidates. They have limited comments, so i dont see too much problem moving forward. The project will still meet the requirements of the sutterkearney historic guidelines and will continue the plane of the existing street facade, the storefront at the ground level will provide the main entries into the hotel lobby and the retail, and therell also be a secondary egress to the side alley of the building, as well.
