Ariel Hiestand, 33, was hit with a dozen charges, including rape, for allegedly facilitating the horrid sexual assault carried out by accused pervert Edward L. Williams, who was arrested last week.
A Lancaster County man raped a 7-year-old girl while an Ephrata woman recorded the assault, according to the Lebanon County District Attorney’s office.
