Ariel Hiestand charged after recording rape of 7-year-old girl: DA

Ariel Hiestand, 33, was hit with a dozen charges, including rape, for allegedly facilitating the horrid sexual assault carried out by accused pervert Edward L. Williams, who was arrested last week.
