Shirley M. Parm 1941-2021 | News, Sports, Jobs

HUBBARD Shirley M. Parm, 79, departed this life Monday April 5, 2021, at her residence.
Mrs. Parm was born Dec. 4, 1941, in Jamaica, West Indies, a daughter of Kenneth Hutchinson and Edna Ford.

She was a no-nonsense kind of person who could make you laugh with her stories, but when she gives you that look, you knew exactly what time of day it is! ....
