Edgerton residents mount last-ditch effort against proposed 640-acre industrial park Standing room only for public comment Tuesday Scripps and last updated 2021-01-13 14:43:56-05 EDGERTON, Kan. — Residents filled Edgerton’s City Hall Tuesday, sounding off against a proposed industrial development they say would slash property values. “It just doesn’t seem right,” Dennis Koch told 41 Action News. NorthPoint Warehouses is asking Edgerton to rezone seven parcels of land in southwest Johnson County, amounting to nearly 640-acres, for an expanded industrial and commercial development.
