They dont apply now because you need a team of lawyers to pull together a 1900 page response to an rsp and agencies have their own supplement that maybe up to a 1,000 pages. They cannot compete. I think this is an area that is ripe for reform. Taxpayers would benefit from it. And the product that comes from the executive branch, all of the agencies, it, is part of this. So it isnt just one part of the government. But we can learn a great deal, i think, from the private sector, coming up with a better, workable product hopefully for a better price.
