The hospital says it will not perform medical procedures needed before a transfer can take place. The family would not name the facility but said it is within 50 miles of Childrens Hospital oakland. Also the family says an Insurance Company has agreed now to pay to keep her on a ventilator at another site and it would have to happen before december 31, which is when the judge said the hospital can turn off her breathing machine. The family spoke with reporters outside the hospital. Her uncle believes she is showing signs of improvement. Weve seen her Blood Pressure go to normal and be able to say normal. There were a lot of times when her Blood Pressure was really irregular, but lately, shes been really stable. And today she had more movement in her body where she was able to move her shoulders today. Shes still showing signs of breathing on her own. So were still very hopeful. Were still very hopeful. Before she is moved, Childrens Hospital oakland would need to perform a tracheotomy
