There institutions that have had to pay big fines for circomventing the sanctions. The second thing i would say is that iran has expressed concerns about the fact that they are not getting the kind of engagement with the International Business community that they would like to see. I think our response is simply that there is more than iran can do to encourage that investment because that is looking for a stable Business Climate in which we can do business.
