At the jersey shore, four family members are dead and a 16yearold boy is in custody for the killings. Police are were called to a house on wall street in monmouth county. Weve learned the 16yearold boy used an Assault Rifle to kill his mother, grandmother and two other family members. No word yet on what sparked the violence. Some side streets mights be icy and even in places where you salted last night you might find that the impact of the ice was so significant that you still have a freezeup. Icy sidewalks and icy windshields combine to make it not a great morning walk for the kids to the bus stop. 31 degrees by 6 00 a. M. , 32 by 8 00 a. M.
