scamp scott man linked to a deadly drive new accused of being under the influence of drugs and alcohol on the night of that crash. prosecutors say he slammed into a hampton inshuttle bus in august. anchor: two tourists from texas died in the crash. 7 s steve cooper is in boston with more for us.. reporter: stephen of swampscott pleads not guilty to seven different charges in suffolk superior court including two counts of motor vehicle homicide while operating under he then struck the rear of the shuttle at a minimum of 76 miles per hour in a 40 mile-per-hour zone. reporter: prosecutors say the 27-year-old was speeding and had a blood alcohol level nearly twice the legal limit when he plowed into a hampton inn airport shuttle van back in august just outside the ted williams tunnel. five people were in the shuttle, two passengers both from texas, were thrown from the van and pronounced deat the scene. were you drunk? there is no comment. reporter: he wasn t talkin
