Led to be finished early tomorrow morning but as has been the case in so many of these Construction Projects over the last few years, this project will be opening much earlier than expected. Once the california Highway Patrol gets the word, we know they are going to start escorting traffic through. We will have from every access point chp escortraffic on to the road way so we dont open it up and everyone starts flying in. Well traditionally lead traffic in for the first time. A doctor being treated for ebola virus will go home from the hospital. Dr. Spencer was declared free of the virus after testing positive last month. California has taken Emergency Action to deal with the severe drought. Last night the states Water Resources control board approved 25 mandatory cut backs. The states biggest water guzzlers live here in the town and also the neighboring community of woodside. That means the people that live in this part of the peninsula will face some of the most severe cuts with these new restrictions being put into place.
