Residents tell us this is a quiet neighborhood but it was anything but it 5 30 this morning when they heard a man yelling for hope. I spoke to one witness off camera who said the man who was burned was also bound and the man was begging for them to help them remove the restraints from his hands. And police and firefighters and fire marshall responded to the scene. We were here this morning when investigators photographed the car and searched for evidence nearby. It is on the northbound side retaining here with the intersection of 63rd drive. This has been in place for the duration and were expecting at least this closure to last through the rush hours.
