The Allahabad High Court today granted virtually a last chance to the Uttar Pradesh Government to file its response to a writ plea filed by Dr Kafeel Khan challenging the termination of his services.
Challenging his termination order, Kafeel alleged he had been made a scapegoat even as he committed no “illegality or irregularity” that could be construed as misconduct.
