South beach marina apartments located in the rin con point south beach Redevelopment Area was built with Revenue Bonds resulting in construction of 414 units. Over 25 of the units were deed restricted to middle income house holds inexchange for the Revenue Bonds however the restriction was left for 21. 5 years undill the financing ndsed. More than 20 years passed and the restrictions are no longer in affect and the owners no longer obligated to provide the below market rate units.
