From CHATNewsToday.ca By Tiffany Goodwein Fourteen-year-old Daniel Bachmeier could hardly contain his excitement when he pulled up in his father’s van to a tree full of gifts on his front porch. “Hey, who is that on the tree, is that Donkey Kong?” Daniel asked as he excitedly wheeled himself to the tree. For Daniel, Christmas and his 15th birthday came early thanks to the Make a Wish Foundation. “It’s wonderful to just bring some joy, bring some happiness in such a gloomy time with COVID-19. It is just a real light in our world right now to be able to grant wishes to children. It’s a very joyous time at Christmas,” said Donna Serr of the Make a Wish Foundation . ....
