REX becomes a new Boeing 737 operator, jet services to start on March 1
REX – Regional Express Airlines is entering the competitive interstate domestic mainline market in Australia with six former Virgin Australia 176-seat Boeing 737-800NGs starting in March 2021.

REX jet services between Sydney and Melbourne will commence on March 1, 2021.
REX is Australia’s largest independent regional and domestic airline operating a fleet of 60 SAAB 340 aircraft (pre-COVID) on 1,500 weekly flights to 59 destinations throughout all states in Australia.

“This technique for pan-roasting broccoli ‘steaks’ is adapted from an
America’s Test Kitchen recipe for Brussels sprouts,” Lvovski writes. “Here, I substitute broccoli crowns, which develop a beautifully caramelized crust as they simultaneously steam and tenderize.”
The sweet and savory vinaigrette is essential to balancing the bitter broccoli, but you could swap it for another dressing or condiment like chimichurri, toum, tahini or zhug if you’d like.

A mainstay at Portuguese churrasquerias, this dish is named for the southeast African piri piri pepper. If you can find them near you, kudos. If not, use fruity, mild red finger or Anaheim chiles instead. Either way, this dinner party-caliber main is Whole30-, keto- and paleo-friendly.
P.S.: Before soaking the bird in the pepper marinade, spatchcock it. “Spatchcocking the chicken (butterflying it by removing the backbone) will reduce the cooking time and expose more of the skin, giving it a chance to get crispy,” Lvovski writes.
