That they will not indict until after they speak to bernard kerik in august. but it is possible that they will. so i think we just have to sort of stay on indictment watch and day to day basis to see how things go because it is impossible to know all the things going on behind the scenes. we also learned from former acting attorney general donoghue he was interviewed by the special counsel and i want to remind everyone what he told the january 6th committee when he was asked about a conversation that he had with donald trump on december 27th, 2020. it was clear to us there were a lot of people whispering in his ear, feeding him these conspiracy theories and allegations and felt being very blunt in that conversation might help make it clear to the president these allegations were simply not true. and so as he went through them and what for me was a 90-minute conversation or so and for what the former acting ag was a two-hour conversation, as the president went through them, i went p
