congressional race. there is no doubt that lauren boebert comes from a wing of the party that with a narrow republican majority in the house if that s where we end up, kevin mccarthy is going to have to constantly be negotiating with, constantly be deal-making with in order to get anything done. i mean, that s the reality of a narrow majority for any speaker is that every vote becomes really, really important as you re trying to pass the agenda so i m not sure we can say and we don t know how the race will come out if lauren boebert who is now leading as john just showed, if she ends up losing this race. i don t know that you can draw a huge national conclusion here, but it will be interesting in terms of the composition of the republican conference. absolutely and this race is one of many that we re seeing right now that the line of every vote counts, it really does when you re looking at the difference between them was 64 votes at one point. let s see if it expands or
the senate race and it looks like there were a lot of ticket splitters here so what happens in a runoff when you don t even have somebody at the top of the ticket who is actually bringing republicans along and so it doesn t particularly bode well for republicans and i think that biden s approach here is exactly right. it s not really the way donald trump thinks, though, right? so he s not somebody who is necessarily willing to step aside for the good of the party or, you know, really anybody else other than what s good for him. out of the corner of my eye i can see scott raising his eyebrows to that, full agreement. one race i have been tracking and i know that i ve been bending your ear quite a bit is colorado s 3rd congressional district. this is lauren boebert s district. challenging her is a adam frisch and he s posed a very serious challenge to lauren boebert. he s said that all along that what he s what he s been
