Emergency room of mount sinai saint Lukes Roosevelt hospital where you can see that oxygen tank at the center of this response, police say shortly before 2 00 a man jumped from an Apartment Building right next to the hospital, that jumper is hitting a line that supplies oxygen to the emergency room. That jumper died but the force causing the tank to start leaking. No one in the emergency room was hurt but they have moved patients from the er to other areas of the hospital.
