The coast guard says the pillar point harbormaster pulled a body out of the water but another person is still missing. Their identities havent been announced. But this is a boat out of vallejo. And this is a dangerous situation. They dont know if the missing person is still on the boat or in the ocean. From what they can tell, it doesnt appear anyone is on the boat. If someone is on board and needs help, the coast guard says theres really nothing they can do as its too dangerous for their crews to approach. Witnesses described hearing what sounded like a lawnmower. They saw that plane flying very low, out of control, turned sideways and crashed. The people inside the plane were badly injured and were taken to the hospital. 13 people live inside that house but only a few of them were at home at the time. None of them were hurt.
