A Congress polling agent accused Aam Aadmi Party (AAP) candidate Ashok Parasher Pappi of manhandling him and breaking his mobile phone. The Congress agent, Raman Masih, also accused Pappi and his aides of trying to run him over with their car outside the polling booth.
