Dickinson County is down to 36 active COVID-19 cases, while Iron County has only 14, according to local health officials.
The Dickinson-Iron County Health Department on Monday reported six new cases in Dickinson County and 31 recoveries, while Iron County had two new positives and 14 recoveries since the last update Feb. 22.
The DIDHD on Monday had Dickinson County at 2,136 confirmed positives and 241 probable cases, with 2,274 recovered, 67 deaths and 36 cases still active. For Iron County, the DIDHD had 868 confirmed cases and 63 probables, with 871 recovered, 46 deaths and 14 still active.

State data Thursday showed 28 new confirmed COVID-19 positives and again no new deaths in Michigan’s Upper Peninsula.
The Michigan Department of Health and Human Services’ COVID-19 data site Thursday indicated 14 new cases in Houghton County, five in Delta County, four in Marquette County, three in Chippewa County and one each in Gogebic and Baraga counties.
Using only the state’s figures, the Upper Peninsula as of Thursday has had 16,388 confirmed COVID-19 cases and 383 deaths.
